First time dealt with Steve, don't normally leave evaluations but he is worthy of an excellent evaluation. Respectful, arrives when mentioned and uses exceptional service. Would extremely suggest, changed blown window, repaired window hinges and rollers on patio doors. If only every tradesman was like him.

We have actually had 3 upvc windows and back door fitted by Chris Palmer to our granite miners home and are exceptionally happy with his work and with the quality of the windows/doors supplied by the maker he utilizes. We formerly had wood windows and doors throughout, and had actually hesitated to change them with upvc - however a combination of the regular wear and tear triggered to sun facing ones by the elements, and the frequent howling winds(!) blowing through them and then through your house in this windy part of the world, persuaded us to try upvc.
The windows and door he fitted look excellent, keep the components at bay and should not require any maintenance. He is a hectic man - which is not surprising bearing in mind the quality of his work and the great value - and we are really delighted with the quality of work and service he offered (although, since we had some waits on a reaction at times, we can not quite provide the complete 5 stars for Client service).
Should also add that Chris is a really pleasant person to deal with, provides good and valuable guidance, and gets here and completes the work when he states he will!.
